We were transferred to Fort Lewis a few years ago, not knowing the area, or the housing market, and never having bought a home before. Don & Marlys had tried another agent but just were not happy. I had showed their home while it was listed and they called to interview me when it expired without selling.

"We listed our home with Beckie in the spring and she worked very hard to sell it but the market was slow and she wasn't able to find a buyer before we left for Arizona for the winter. She, with the help of her husband, went out of her way to take care of any problems that arose, which isn't an agent's job, and she wasn't asked, she just did it, and thank goodness.

The roof leaked twice in storms, rather than call us, she just cleaned up the mess and called us and got it repaired, both times. Upsetting as this was to have happen while we were so far away, we had every confidence in Beckie taking care of everything. This was a hard place to sell because it's a manufactured home and they are not so easy to sell, we understand, but she did sell it the following spring and got us what we wanted for it.

We are greatful to Beckie for all her hard work and for always keeping us informed of any progress or problems. We consider her a friend as well as a realtor now, and would certainly use her again, should we buy a home in the area.
